Our Attorney
Michael Toote Jr. is a Barrister and member of the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple. He was called to the Degree of the Utter Bar of England and Wales and subsequently admitted to The Bahamas Bar. He is Counsel and Attorney of the Supreme Court of The Bahamas and a licensed Notary Public.
Michael is also a Certified Public Accountant with over ten years of experience in accounting, assurance, and advisory services across asset management, private banking, aviation, hospitality, telecommunications, and the non-profit sector. He holds a Master's Degree in Accountancy from La Universidad de Montemorelos in Nuevo León, Mexico, and is fluent in English and Spanish.
